Our beautiful studio closed down while the world was undergoing a dramatic shift. During widespread change and isolation, Melyssa found solace in retreat, stepping away from the community we had built together.

In the quiet, Melyssa turned to yoga, recording over 100 classes that are now the heart of this website. These sessions are a testament to our collective strength and the personal journey of rediscovery; they represent a new beginning, a chance to heal and grow through what once brought us together–yoga.
